Terms of Service — FurCraft

1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to FurCraft. By accessing or using our website, mobile applications, or any related services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, creators, and others who access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

FurCraft is a community-driven platform dedicated to the discovery, publication, and distribution of furry-themed Minecraft modifications, resource packs, and related content ("Mods"). The Service allows users to browse, download, upload, rate, and discuss Mods. We do not sell Mods; all downloads are provided by creators or third-party hosts.

3. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may use the Service only with the consent of a parent or guardian. When you create an account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. 4. User Content and Mods

Users may upload, publish, and share Mods and other materials ("User Content"). By posting User Content, you represent and warrant that:

You own the User Content or have all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to use and share it;
The User Content does not infringe any intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or other rights of any third party;
The User Content does not contain malware, viruses, harmful code, or any material that could damage users' devices or data;
The User Content complies with these Terms and all applicable laws.

You retain ownership of your User Content. However, by submitting it to FurCraft, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, host, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display your User Content for the purpose of operating, promoting, and improving the Service.

5. Intellectual Property

FurCraft, its logo, and the content created by our team are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Minecraft is a trademark of Mojang Studios, and FurCraft is not affiliated with Mojang Studios or Microsoft. Users may not use our trademarks without prior written permission. Mods remain the intellectual property of their respective creators unless otherwise stated.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use the Service to:

Upload or distribute illegal, harmful, defamatory, obscene, hateful, or infringing content;
Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely represent your affiliation with any person or entity;
Interfere with or disrupt the Service, servers, or networks connected to the Service;
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service or other users' accounts;
Harvest, collect, or store personal information about other users without their consent;
Use the Service to send unsolicited advertising or spam.

7. Moderation and Removal

We reserve the right, but not the obligation, to review, monitor, and remove User Content that violates these Terms or that we find objectionable for any reason. We are not responsible for any damage to your device, game saves, or data resulting from the use of Mods.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FurCraft and its operators, affiliates, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, data loss, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of or inability to use the Service.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FurCraft and its operators from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your User Content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms.
